As Diana was in communion with the Lord she heard Him speak to her heart and He said: IT TAKES ONE MAN TO TURN A NATION. Needless to say, she replied, YES LORD SEND ME. The rest is history. House of New Wine was birthed in 2010 for the city of AZUA.

In my childhood I had dreams, visions and feelings of a culture I did not know. In 2018 at the age of 62, I met that culture and missions was birthed in my heart. God let my childhood collide with my adulthood. On a mission trip to the city of AZUA, Dominican Republic, I was forever changed!!

AS A LITTLE BOY, GOD PUT MISSIONS IN MY HEART. MY JOURNEY HAS LED ME DOWN A PATH FROM HAITI TO YWAM IN THE D.R., AND IN 2015 HE CALLED ME TO GIVE MY LIFE OF SERVICE TO HOUSE OF NEW WINE. MY WIFE AND I ARE THE WORSHIP LEADERS OF HONW. WE HAVE ONE SPECIFIC PURPOSE, WHICH IS BEING THE HANDS AND FEET OF JESUS TOUCHING ONE PERSON AT A TIME. AS I SPEAK SO OFTEN, THE WORDS HE PUT IN MY HEART: COME ON CHURCH, LET'S RELEASE THE KINGDOM ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.

My goal in life has always been to serve the poor.

God had made that possible for me when He called me to be a part of the House of New Wine Ministry. God has called me to help low-income people to be able to offer good dental hygiene. Again, kingdom living, touching one person at a time with the love of Jesus.

As a missionary servant and pastor with more than 30 years of ministry experience, I have had the privilege of getting to know Diana and gaining a deeper understanding of the vision of the HONW ministry. In doing so, I came to recognize that the heart and calling God has placed in her are in harmony with the heart and calling He has also placed in my own life. This has enabled me to serve with joy and commitment in this ministry for the past 15 years. Also I feel called to be the Missions Director for HONW to advance the Kingdom of God in Azua as it is in heaven.
